Some routers (in particular, Apple's Airport Extremes) can sometimes report double or half the traffic actually being passed.

If this happens, adjust the Scale Factor in the [Advanced](https://peakhoursupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/documentation/pages/655469) tab to compensate.
